Annie Mist Thorisdottir is a professional CrossFit athlete from Reykjavik Iceland. She also coaches and instructor for Crossfit Reykjavik. Annie is the only woman ever to win the two CrossFit Games. Annie was second at the 2010 and the 2014 CrossFit Games. Annie Thorisdottir is an Icelanders CrossFit weightlifter athlete as well as a media star. The media acclaim she earned came from her becoming the first female to win won two CrossFit Games, in 2011 as well as 2012 Winner of both the Dubai Fitness Competition 2013 and the Dubai Fitness Competition in 2017, Annie is well-known. At the CrossFit Games under the guidance of her coach Jami Tikkanen she finished in seconds place and won the silver medal same year. Following that, she participated again in CrossFit events and thanks to her outstanding performance she was able to win the contest as the very first woman to take home a trophy at CrossFit Games. Annie's exceptional performance in 2012 helped her to a second CrossFit Games victory. This was her second time that she was able to win consecutively. In 2014, Annie won a Silver Medal as well as, more recently, in 2021 she was awarded Bronze at the CrossFit Games. Presently Annie works as a trainer and coach in Crossfit Reykjavik which was started by her. Annie is an athlete on the rise who has appeared as the spokesperson for numerous brands, including Reebok Rogue Fitness Transparent Labs and Nuun Hydration, Renaissance Periodization as well as Sidekick Yerbae.
