David Muir, an American journalist, anchoring the ABC News magazine 20 is best known as the co-anchor for World News Tonight With David Muir. Its dramatic video footage and the animated movements have made it the most watched American newscast. Made In America, his Emmy Nominated show is another of his many credits. Prior to his appointment as anchor of ABC World News Tonight he was the primary substitute anchor for his former anchor Diane Sawyer. He covered a number of morning ABC News specials, including Breaking Point - Heroin in America. He's been all over the world covering news in Gaza Egypt Iran Somalia Japan Peru Ukraine Haiti & the Gulf of Mexico. He was the winner of numerous Emmy Awards, Edward R.
